FAQs

Frequently asked questions.

Fast answers to the most common SiteSys support questions.

I entered my email and PIN but cannot sign in.

First check the site code, email and PIN are correct. If your account is still awaiting approval or has been disabled, you will not be able to access the site workspace. Contact your site administrator if you believe this is incorrect.

I forgot my PIN. What should I do?

Go to the Site Portal, enter your site code, then press Forgot PIN. Enter your email and follow the reset link. For security, SiteSys will never send your old PIN back to you.

I registered but still cannot access the system.

Registration creates a request for access. Your account must then be approved by an authorised site user before you can use SiteSys.

Why can’t I book a delivery slot?

The slot may already be full, the selected date may be closed, or the site may not have available slot capacity for the duration you selected. Try another time or contact the site team.

Can I change or cancel a booking?

Use My Bookings to view your upcoming bookings. Depending on the site settings and booking status, you may be able to cancel or request changes through the site team.

Why can’t I see Operations, Gateman, Approvals or Users?

Those pages are restricted to specific roles. Standard users only see the tools needed for normal bookings and account management.

Why am I being asked for a site code?

SiteSys is multi-site. The site code makes sure you are signing in, registering or resetting your PIN against the correct project.

Do notifications work on mobile?

Browser push notifications depend on your device and browser settings. Use the Notifications page inside SiteSys to enable or disable device alerts. Private or incognito browsing may prevent notifications from working correctly.

Still need help?

For access problems, booking issues or support queries, contact your site administrator first. For SiteSys platform support, email the SiteSys team.
